In 2022 I found this building still in good and maintained condition. For those who may know old Boca Raton it sat immediately north of Boca Elementary school, which I attended in 1956
Both the buildings from '92 & 99 and this home remain in good and maintained condition. Hurricane damage to all of these structures was minor, no structural damage was necessary
This home was CO'ed in 2004, facing the brunt of two hurricanes, Francis and Jean. We lost a portion of the shingled roof and sustained some interior water damage. No structural damage .
